1. Introduction

Welcome to Trip Teasers Tour and Travels. By booking any tour, service, or package with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned below. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

2. Booking Policy

1. All bookings must be made through our official communication channels (website, phone, WhatsApp, or email).

2. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the advance payment as specified for the package.

3. The remaining amount must be paid before or on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed.

4. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation without refund of the advance amount.

3. Payment Terms

1. Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, cash, or any method accepted by Trip Teasers.

2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in hotel rates, transport charges, or government taxes.

3. GST or additional taxes (if applicable) will be charged on the package cost.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Traveller:

• 30 days before travel: 80% refund

• 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund

• 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

• No refund for unused hotel nights, transfers, meals, or activities once the trip has started.

Cancellation by Company:

In rare situations such as weather conditions, road closure, strikes, natural calamities, or operational issues, Trip Teasers may cancel or modify bookings.

• We will offer an alternative date or a full refund of the service amount (excluding services already utilized).

5. Travel Documents

Travellers must carry valid ID proofs (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License).
Trip Teasers is not responsible for losses caused by invalid documents, incorrect IDs, or failure to follow government rules.

6. Hotel Policies

1. Hotels are standard category unless stated otherwise.

2. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.

3. Any damages caused to hotel property by the traveller must be compensated directly to the hotel.

7. Transportation

1. Vehicle type depends on package and number of travellers.

2. AC in vehicles may be turned off in hilly or snow-prone areas for safety reasons.

3. Driver working hours are between 8 AM – 7 PM unless agreed otherwise.

4. Any additional sightseeing or changes requested during the trip may carry extra charges.

8. Weather, Road & Political Conditions

Kashmir is a sensitive region with unpredictable weather and road situations.
Trip Teasers Tour and Travels is not responsible for delays, route changes, or extra costs arising due to:

• Snowfall

• Road blockage

• Landslides

• Curfew/strikes

• Natural calamities

• Flight cancellation/delays

Any additional expenses for hotels, vehicles, or meals during such situations must be borne by the traveller.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Trip Teasers acts as a booking agent for hotels and transport providers.
We are not responsible for:

• Loss, injury, theft, accident, or damage during the trip

• Delays caused by third-party services

• Incorrect information provided by the traveller

Travellers are requested to take care of their personal belongings at all times.

10. Health & Safety

1. Travellers must disclose any medical condition before booking.

2. The company is not liable for health issues, altitude sickness, or medical emergencies.

3. Extra costs for hospitalisation, medicines, or emergency transport must be paid by the traveller.

11. Amendments to Booking

Any modification (change of dates, hotel, itinerary) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

12. Use of Website & Content

All content, images, data, and material on Trip Teasers Tour and Travels' website are the intellectual property of the company.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jammu & Kashmir, India.
Any legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar courts only.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service or tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
